The Delta Arts Council is now located at the newly renovated E. E. Bass Cultural Arts Center. It is shared with the Delta Center Stage located inside the Jake and Freda Stein Hall. The Arts Council and the Delta Center Stage hosts theater productions, concerts, art exhibits and children’s programming. The newly refurbished Armitage Herschell Carousel is one of only two operating in the United States. The Carousel is available for party rentals and the Jake and Freda Stein Hall is available for rent for weddings, receptions, reunions, banquets and parties.
