Mid Delta Regional Airport is home to a varied group of industries and businesses. The major tenants of the airport are: Southern Fasteners, Inc., a company that specializes in cold forging metal fasteners; Leading Edge of Mississippi, Inc., an aircraft painting company whose customers include Boeing's 777, Delta, Northwest, US Airways, FedEx. and others; Vector Disease Control, Inc., a regional aerial applicator specializing in mosquito and pest control; and Superior Powder, the State's largest Dry Powder Batch Oven facility.

The combined complex is ideally suited and geographically located for aircraft maintenance. With over 700 acres, fronting runways, taxiways or ramp area and with the Airport's experience in industrial development, the Airport is ready to meet the needs of any aviation project. Other Airport development include the 600,000 square foot National Guard Armory.

The City of Greenville Municipal Golf Course occupies some 140 acres on the northwest corner of the property, providing a snack bar and recreation for many delta residents. Last, but certainly not least, is the airport's agricultural tenant. The Delta Conservation and Demonstration Center lease's 650 acres of farm land. This Governmental/Private partnership is working to establish a one of a kind facility that will incorporate the latest technology, practices, and environmental issues on a working farm.
